Airs Fare States – Comprehensive Travel Services with Trusted Partnerships

At Airs Fare States, we offer a complete suite of travel products and services—ranging from flights, hotel accommodations, and vacation packages to cruises and other travel-related needs—all under one roof. We primarily function as booking agents on behalf of our trusted travel suppliers and facilitate reservations for the services they provide.
Please note that Airs Fare States acts solely as an intermediary, and we are not responsible for any contractual breaches, service failures, or incidents—whether intentional or unintentional—caused by our third-party suppliers. In the event that a supplier fails to deliver a service for which you or any member of your travel group has made payment, it will be the sole responsibility of the supplier to arrange a refund. This may come from insurance (if applicable) or another responsible third party, unless such failure was directly caused by Airs Fare States.
Unless explicitly stated as “guaranteed” on your invoice, itinerary, or travel ticket, we do not guarantee the pricing, reservation accuracy, service availability, schedules, or handling of personal effects by any supplier.
Please understand that our suppliers are also not liable for losses or disruptions caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events. These may include (but are not limited to):
- Mechanical issues or construction delays
- Disease outbreaks or health concerns
- Terrorist activity or criminal acts
- Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters
- Changes in local laws or regulations
- Any other abnormal developments or events
It is your responsibility, and that of your travel companions, to ensure compliance with all travel requirements, including valid passports, visas, vaccinations, health and safety guidelines, and any other applicable entry regulations. Our suppliers cannot be held accountable for failure to meet these conditions.
We strongly encourage all travelers to stay informed via official channels, including the U.S. Department of State's Travel Advisory section and U.S. Public Health Services, for timely updates on health, safety, and destination-specific travel advisories.
Travel involves certain risks—both expected and unexpected. For your protection, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip interruptions, medical emergencies, cancellations, and other potential issues during your journey.
By choosing to retain your confirmed bookings or issued tickets, Airs Fare States considers this action as your consent to the terms outlined above. Furthermore, we expect that you will communicate these terms and conditions to any members of your travel group.
